One-hour Sports Nutrition Consultation


This consultation is designed to assess present diet and food preferences and put in place an eating plan which would better serve the demands of the sporting activity. We will take into consideration long term energy production and shorter-term energy boosting around training sessions and events as well as putting measures in to repair muscle mass post exercise.


During your first consultation we will discuss your aims and goals in relation to your sporting activity and look at your present diet and food preferences.

Your body composition will be assessed in terms of weight, fat mass, muscle mass, BMR & BMI

We will look at the best ways to achieve both long term and shorter term energy production around exercise.

We will draw up a diet which fits around training schedules and takes food preferences into account.
