As a Nutritionist I see food as fuel to keep us energized and in peak condition physically and mentally. In a world where we are surrounded by fast and over produced food it is very easy to become over fed, undernourished and unwell as a result.
I believe that with the right nutritional help and guidance that the body has the capacity to heal itself without resorting to drugs with their harmful side effects.
